Martin Eichenbaum

Martin Eichenbaum is the Charles Moskos Professor of Economics and the Co-Director, Center of International Macroeconomics (CIM). He is also a fellow of the American Academy of the Arts and Sciences. His research focuses on understanding aggregate economic fluctuations. He is currently studying the causes and consequences of exchange rate fluctuations, as well as the effect of monetary policy on postwar United States business cycles. He is a Fellow of the Econometric Society, a research associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research, and a co-editor of the American Economic Review.
