Honors Program in Brief

The International Studies Program began its Honors Program in the Spring Quarter of 2007. Students are selected for the Honors Program based on exceptional performance and commitment to the field of International Studies. Honors students must fulfill all the requirements for the Adjunct Major except the Senior Integrating Seminar, Intl St 395. In addition honors students enroll in a 3-part honors seminar that prepares them to write a senior thesis. Honors students must also fulfill a more significant language requirement than adjunct majors.

The deadline to submit a proposal for the Honors Program for the 2008-2009 Academic Year is February 6, 2009.  Applications can be found here.
